Walk down to the Old Harbour to see the architectural marvel of Harpa, the concert hall with its glass facade inspired by basalt landscapes. Finish the afternoon at the Sun Voyager sculpture.
Tip: The light reflected in the Harpa windows is best in the late afternoon.

After a day of sightseeing, wind down with a traditional dinner and perhaps a visit to a local public pool like Laugardalslaug to relax like a local.
